Check out my trip to Tracy Patterson’s gym this past week in Highland, NY.

I got to ham it up for the camera and get in a cheap shot on the champ, but what a great time Lisa and I had hanging out with Tracy. I got to tape up, throw on the gloves, and hit the big bag!

He was obviously one of our guests in 2015, as he and Vinny Furlani came on to promote their book.
